Delivery
What courier do you use for deliveries?
Our preffered courier is FASTWAY, but if they are unavailable to deliver to your area AUSTRALIA POST will be used.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch from our warehouse twice a week, and your order will normally arrive between 2-10 days after it is placed.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is $10 for all orders. However orders under $50 in value will incurr an additional $5 handling charge.
Our premium members receive free shipping for all orders over $100 in value.
Can I track my item?
Yes, please contact us at orders@kyara.com.au with your order number and we can help provide tracking details.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. If you would like to ship to another country please email us what you would like
to order and where at orders@kyara.com.au and we will do our very best to assist you.

What is your online returns policy?
Please select carefully as we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order is faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and relevant details at orders@kyara.com.au.

You can find our standard terms and conditions of sale located here. Please be aware that under State Laws in Australia, wine can only be sold to people 18 years of age and older. It is a condition of sale that you verify your age when your order is processed.
