SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard delivery within Australia is 7 business days.
All orders for delivery within Australia will be sent via Trans Direct courier network. In the occasion that you are not home to receive your parcel, the parcel will be left in an appropriate location at your delivery address. Please specify in the comments section at the checkout if you have specific requirements about where the delivery should be left so that we can pass this on to our third party couriers.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Kyara Australia we pride ourselves on our quality and customer experience.
We are happy to offer you free returns for change of mind on all full priced and reduced items within 30 days of purchase.
Please email us at email@example.com and quote your order number. We will send you our reply paid returns form, which you will need to print and attach to your parcel for return.
Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned items so please ensure a copy of your receipt is included in the return parcel.
Return items must be in new condition, unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that our Reply Paid account does not offer a tracking service; we recommend that you obtain a tracking number to ensure your parcel returns to us safely.
Once we have received your return we will be in contact to assist with providing the best possible outcome.
For refunds, you will be refunded for the value of your item(s), excluding shipping charges, and this will be processed back to the same account used to make your purchase within 3-5 business days.
If the item being returned was a gift, and you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit (subject to approval).
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item we will offer to replace the item(s), depending on stock availability.
