The Eden Valley region is renowned for the elegance of its Shiraz, and the Kyara estate grown “Bush Lawyer” Shiraz will not disappoint.
Rich dark ruby-red colour with tinges of brick and purple. Bouquet of creosote, BBQ meats and cocoa powder developed from its time on oak. Attractive development, this wine is full bodied yet soft with berry fruits and plum flavours. Drinking well now and could be rewarded with a little time cellaring.
Our winemaker Jo Irvine has skillfuly crafted our Shiraz to be the highest quality that the Eden Valley can offer. Great detail is taken through every stage of viticulture and wine making to ensure our wine expresses our single site estate vineyard and the season it came from.
We have dedicated our “Bush Lawyer” Shiraz to our ancestor Heinrich Fiebiger who was valued for his advice and wisdom. In 1878 he was relied upon as a “Bush Lawyer” during the formative years of establishing a community in the Eden Valley region.
