Our 2021 Riesling is a classic example of the stunning lime flavours that the Eden Valley is world renowned for. Our single site estate grown vineyard with ancient sandy loam soils over areas of bedrock and clay provide the perfect conditions to Riesling grapes to develop in.
Lime and green apple flavours and aromas are combined with a balanced acidity and lingering length of palette. This refreshing crisp dry Riesling is a fine example of the very best that the Eden Valley region can offer.
Our winemaker Jo Irvine has skilfully crafted our Riesling to be an example of the very best that the Eden Valley can offer. Our fruit is handled very delicately from vineyard to winery to ensure a clean and true fruit flavour.
Our “Thistle & Burr” Riesling is named after our pioneering ancestor Heinrich Fiebiger and the many roles he undertook after settling in the region in 1861.
